Management

Using the IMQA MPM management page, you can set basic project settings and change the threshold and screen name for each performance index that will be displayed in IMQA.

You can change the project information generated at Info Project, and check project members.

Project information

You can change the project name and the package name, and check the project key.

  • Project name: Displays the project name entered when creating the project. Only the project manager or those with higher authority can modify the package name. Click [SAVE] to save changes.

  • Package name: Displays the package name entered when creating the project. Only the project manager or those with higher authority can modify the package name. Click [SAVE] to save changes.

  • Project key: Displays the project key generated when creating the project. Click [COPY] to copy the key to the clipboard.

  • Service: Displays the service selected when creating the project.

  • Platform: Displays the platform of the connected app.

  • App type: Displays the type of the connected app. Only the project manager or those with higher authority can modify the app type. For the WebView/hybrid apps, information related to the WebView is displayed in the IMQA services. Click [SAVE] to save changes.

  • Project to be compared: You can set the project to be compared to the located project. The set comparison target project is set as the default B project in the ‘A/B Dashboard’ and can be quickly moved from ‘Top bar > Project navigation’. After changing, click [Save] to apply.

Project to be compared feature allows you to link two interrelated projects, such as an Android-iOS project or a QA-Operations project. Please use it according to your management direction.

Project member

You can check the project members added at “Project list > Project management> Project information”.

❶ E-mail address of the project member Displays the e-mail address of the project member. The user who created the project is displayed at the top.

❷ Project authority Displays the project authority using an icon. It also views projects and administrative roles.

  • Project owner: Granted to one user account that created the project. The project owner has the overall project management authority.

  • Project manager: The project manager can add a project member and remove the user with lower authority except the project manager himself/herself.

  • Project member: The project member can view the project.

Change project member authority *Managed by project owner or with higher authority / Remove a member *Managed by project manager or with higher authority 1. You can add a project manager by clicking the [🅜] icon beside the e-mail address. 2. Click the [🅜] icon again to remove the project manager. 3. You can remove the selected user by clicking the [-] icon beside the e-mail address.

Add a project member *Managed by project manager or with higher authority 1. If you click [Add Project Member] below the e-mail address, team members who do not belong to the project and the "add e-mail address" section will be displayed. 2. Click the [+] icon beside the e-mail address of the team member who does not belong to the project to add as a new project member.

Add an e-mail *Managed by project manager or with higher authority Enter the e-mail address and click the [+] icon to add as a new project member.

You can only add the e-mail address of the users who are registered as an IMQA member.

2. Project preset

IYou can freely set the ratio of the data exceeding the threshold, which is displayed in danger level, and the threshold for each performance index in IMQA.

You can set the threshold and ratio for the “crash/launch count”, “native UI rendering time”, "webview loading time", “response time”, “CPU usage”, and “memory usage”. Click [SAVE] to save changes.

❶ Performance index Displays the name of the performance index.

❷ Danger level Displays the normal range, warning range, and danger range of the threshold.

❸ Problem occurrence rate Displays the normal range, warning range, and danger range of the threshold in percentage (%), which can be adjusted by dragging the mouse.

❹ Threshold You can input the standard for deciding the problem for each performance index. The entered threshold is used as the display standard within the IMQA services.

  • Default danger level - Normal: Less than 10% of all data that exceed the threshold. - Warning: More than 10% of all data that exceed the threshold. - Danger: More than 30% of all data that exceed the threshold.

3. Screen Management

Screen Management

You can change the name of each app screen into the one that will be displayed in IMQA for easy understanding. You can hide Native and WebView screens with low importance.

For the WebView/hybrid app, screen lists can be filtered by “Native” and “WebView”. Click [SAVE] to save changes.

Screen View Setting

❶ Screen with a view setting It is marked with a [check mark] by default. The screen with a view setting is displayed in IMQA.

❷ View setting The default setting is marked with a [Check mark]. Unchecking the checkbox will hide the screen. Click the [Check mark] again to show the screen. Click [Save] at the top-right of “Screen management” after setting the screen you want to view.

❸ Hidden Screen Hidden screens are not displayed in IMQA.

The current screen view setting is a feature that configures the screen card to display at “Using MPM > Performance Dashboard > Performance by screen” regardless of data collection and aggregation. Hidden screens are not displayed on “Performance by screen” before configuring the view setting.

You can designate the screen to manage in IMQA through the screen view setting. You can hide screen units with low importance, such as Container, through the view setting. Use it according to the app structure.

Changing screen name

You can change the name of each app screen from the ‘WebView' screen list to a name to be displayed in IMQA for convenience.

To display the unique screen name again in IMQA, leave the screen name to be displayed as blank and save.

Hidden Domain

You can remove the domain information from the ‘WebView’ screen name and use it as the screen name to be displayed in IMQA.

❶ Hidden Domain It is set to [unchecked] by default. Check the [checkbox] to apply to all the screen names to be displayed without the domain information.

❷ Screen name without the domain information Displays the screen name without the domain information. Click [Save] at the top-right of “Screen management” after setting the screen. [Uncheck] ‘Hide domain’ to use the unique name of the WebView screen again.

❸ Screen with preset name The “Hide domain” feature is not applied to screens with preset names.
